For years Bob and his brother made high-fidelity loudspeakers as a hobby and watched as various designs piled up in the garage.
Bob has a great day job, but came to The Facility wondering if he could transition to small scale production as a side gig. We brainstormed options that would fit his specifications and he settled on a unique spherical housing. The next hurdle was that this housing required a custom mounting ring and it was becoming a production deal breaker. We suggested running acrylic on our laser cutters and in under an hour we went from concept to successful prototype and on to a quick production run he could take with him.

The bGroovin speaker has gone on to an initial low-volume production run with plans for a few design tweaks and second run to follow.
