The historic Harvard Exit was built in 1925 by the Woman’s Century Club. During a recent refurbishing the developers found that several tin embellishments on the lighting fixtures were damaged or missing. These were complicated antique parts that needed to be reproduced with respectful accuracy. They briefly entertained the thought of hand carving each replacement out of wood and then they heard about The Facility.
