Our Formlabs Form2 Stereolithography (SLA) 3D printer delivers high-resolution parts at a fraction of the cost and footprint of industrial 3D printers. Prototype accurate parts with desktop SLA.

Professional grade 3D printing has never been so easy. From print preparation to post-processing Formlabs meticulously designed every step to offer a dependable prototyping workflow that lets you focus on creating rather than managing prints. The Form2 is powered by a laser with a 140 micron spot size for layer height resolutions from 25-100 microns. Overall build volume is 5.7in x 5.7in x 6.9in (145mm x 145mm x 175mm). For the best results and mechanical properties, use our IPA Form Wash and Form Cure to streamline and automate post-processing and consistently produce high-quality results with less time and effort.

NOTE: Our Form2 is set up to print Formlabs CLEAR Standard Resin formulated to deliver high quality output. This Standard Resin is included in the reservation price. Our Advanced Resin library is subject to change and will fluctuate based on use and need. If you would like to use resins other than Standard CLEAR please contact us in advance. Setup and additional material costs may apply.

Formlabs is constantly developing new additions to their Library of Advanced Resins. There are currently 16 materials, from silica-filled Ceramic Resin to a rubbery Flexible Resin. Each is designed specifically for the Form 2 and delivers functional parts with a smooth surface finish that look like, feel like, and work like final products. An integrated resin system makes it fairly easy to switch between materials by replacing the cartridge. Let us know in advance if you would like to experiment with these options. Setup and additional material charges will apply.

Please Note: Rates and open hours shown are preliminary and subject to change without notice. All prices are based on a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) model. All members and guests are trained to operate equipment and work on projects independently.
